Edition Residences will be completed in 2025 as an 11-story boutique highrise with nine unique villas and four impressive penthouses. Annual leases will be permitted, but short-term rentals will not be allowed. Kapoor secured a licensing and branding agreement with Marriott International for the Edition brand.
